The afternoon session (in full a 1-Day class) is spent practicing performing "FIRST THINGS FIRST" on fleet vehicles, taking electrical readings under supervision. Technicians should have their own DMM for on-the-vehicle electrical testing.

If you call to register and an answering machine takes your call, leave a message that you want to attend this specific clinic, leave your day-time and home phone numbers so we can contact you at any time. Payment of tuition in advance is required by credit card. If you send in a company check it must arrive at our office 15 days before the clinic begins. We do not accept tuition payment by personal check upon arrival at a clinic - it's CASH ONLY at the clinic.

LATE REGISTRATION: If you call to register within 7 days of this clinic you must do so by phone with a credit card or fax this form with your credit card information. NO EXCEPTIONS. Do not rely on the US mail to register within 10 days of the clinic since our staff may be on the road and may not be able to process late registrations without a credit card. If registering within 3 days of the clinic you must call our office at 972-276-9642 and use a credit card. If an answering machine takes your call please leave your daytime AND evening phone numbers. We'll call you back A.S.A.P.

CANCELLATION POLICY: When you register you agree to the following cancellation policy: If you cancel a clinic registration 7 days or more before the clinic begins you will receive a refund less a $25.00 registration fee. If you cancel in less than 7 days before the clinic begins you receive a 50% refund. If you cancel within 3 days or fail to attend the clinic there is NO REFUND. You may substitute another tech for a paid seat.
